The Project

The Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Alliance, comprising of John Holland, Bouygues Construction, Arcadis Australia, Jacobs and Ventia has successfully secured the contract to deliver the final 10.5km section of the North-South Corridor, contributing to a long-lasting legacy for the community and people of Adelaide.

 

The project scope is concentrated on a 10.5km motorway, including more than 4kms of twin three lane tunnels, road and bridge construction and complex M&E installations. Open to traffic in 2031, the T2D alliance will offer the people of Adelaide an incredible opportunity to be a part of an iconic project, career stability and the opportunity for career progression and development.

The role

This role will be responsible for supporting the Project’s HSE reporting obligations and providing general administrative support to the Health and Safety team. The ideal candidate for this role will have an interest in application and integration of digital systems in Health and Safety.

 

The role responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Health and Safety team and project by digitising and simplifying health and safety processes and tools
  • Automating data collection, transformation and reporting processes using PowerQuery, Power Automate, Power BI and SharePoint
  • Creating dynamic dashboards to communicate health and safety performance data and track key performance metrics using Power BI
  • Oversight of data integrity of information entered to the project safety data system
  • Assisting the Reporting and Assurance Manager to meet the project’s Health and Safety reporting obligations
  • Providing general safety administrative support including assurance and governance activities to the Health and Safety team

About you

  • Intermediate to Advanced skills with Microsoft Power BI, Excel and SharePoint
  • Highly regarded experience working with health and safety data, key metrics and performance criteria
  • A system-based approach to data management/analysis
  • Strong organisational and time management capability
  • Experience with risk and compliance software systems such as SAI360 will be highly regarded
  • Cert IV Work Health & Safety is desired.
