Expressions of Interest - Eastern Tunnelling Package

The Project

John Holland, CPB Contractors and Ghella has commenced design and construction work for the Sydney Metro West – Eastern Tunnelling Package.

With a contract worth $1.63 billion, the Eastern Tunnelling Package includes construction of 3.5-kilometre tunnels under Sydney Harbour between The Bays and the Sydney CBD, and the excavation of Pyrmont and Hunter Street stations. Starting at The Bays, tunnel boring machines will cross the harbour near the Anzac Bridge, before heading to the new Pyrmont station and then under Darling Harbour before reaching Hunter Street in the heart of the CBD.

Roles available

We are seeking expressions of interest across a wide range of roles.  All experience levels will be considered.

Relative to the seniority of the role you are applying for, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:

• Tertiary qualifications in your related field
• Experience working on major projects 100 Mil >
• Have a genuine interest in gaining practical experience and developing your career
• Ability to analyse and problem solve with a solution focus
• Ability to build relationships and rapport with people at all levels
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
