About the Role

We are looking for a Sharepoint expert to join us as a Systems Support Administrator at our project office for the North Western Program Alliance in Melbourne CBD.  You will provide daily user support, system maintenance and administration of Sharepoint as well as other project applications.

Responsibilities of the role include;

  • Administer and manage NWPA SharePoint site
  • Develop, configure and maintain document libraries, lists, site collections and other content structure and permissions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint technical issues for end users in a timely manner – proactively communicate anticipated timelines for resolution.
  • Assist in the support & development of systems and automation tools built in SharePoint and related platforms (PowerApps/Power Automate/Power BI).
  • Participate in upgrades and testing of the system.
  • Collaborate with Corporate IT teams for Systems platform standards and best practices and to support innovations that NWPA may adopt.
  • Participate in training and support of new and existing users in maximising their effective use of SharePoint
  • Onboarding and Offboarding employee access (across all NOPs) to Systems (SharePoint, PPW, JHET, TeamBinder, etc)
  • Manage changes and access requests to systems
  • Escalate complex SharePoint or PPW issues that are unable to be immediately resolved to Manager or Corporate. Manager in the first instance.
  • Administrator for Bucket Planner for SP Team – ensure this is updated a minimum of once per week.

To be successful in this key role, you must have;

  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent in relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administering and supporting SharePoint
  • Experience with Microsoft O365, Power Platform, and MS Forms (ideally)
  • Strong communication skills to enhance relationship building and stakeholder management
  • Team focus, initiative and a strong desire to add value
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to keep up in a fast paced environment
