We work in Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia offering services from infrastructure and property development, to rail and building.  By finding solutions to complex challenges, we transform communities to make them easier to move around, more connected and better to live in.  An opportunity has become available for an experienced Functional Tester to join our WA Rail team.  This role will support north west railway signalling projects in a FIFO capacity from Perth on a 2/1 roster.

Responsibilities of the role include;

  • Undertake Functional testing of signalling systems and equipment
  • Test and inspect activities of signalling systems.
  • Undertake tests/checks to ensure compliance with design and specifications
  • Undertake Functional testing and commissioning of level crossings
  • Provide testing evidence for the work package and ensure all documentation and protocols are followed.
  • Ensure all testing schemes are carried out in a safe manner.
  • Ensure effective communication is maintained with stakeholders

To be successful in this key role, you must have;

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience on Pilbara Networks
  • IRSE Licence (Functional Tester)
  • C Class Drivers Licence
  • Construction Card
  • WA “A” Class Electrical Trade Qualified (desirable)
  • CERT IV Signalling (desirable)
