The primary purpose will be administering John Holland’s SAP SuccessFactors suite. Working within the delivery team, responsible for providing level 3 support to the business within Employee Central, ONB, LMS and Recruitment modules. Some of the tasks, but not limited to, include system administration, configuration, managing RBP, user management, bulk uploads, data migration, security and integrity of John Holland’s SuccessFactors platform and working on Quarterly releases and change requests.  Working within ICT’s People Systems team to deliver solutions to meet the business needs by consulting with business stakeholders and day to day ongoing support.

 

Responsibilities of the role include;

- Successfully deliver effective system administrative support across SuccessFactors platform.
- Work on internal change requests, update workbooks, conduct testing and implementation.
- Review/assess Quarterly Release packs, engage with stakeholders and present the new changes advised by SAP and the impacts, test the packs before deploying into production.
- Working closely with the Product Owner of SuccessFactors project deliverables, including current modules in pipeline (LMS, Comp, P&G) configuration, test results, solution recommendations, data migration approach, bulk uploads, in an agile environment.
 

To be successful in this key role, you must have:

- Tertiary Degree (Bachelor level) in a technical field such as Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Science or Mathematics, or demonstrated experience in HCM/HR Administration.

- Associate /Professional Certified in 1 or more modules, Employee Central is essential, ONB and Recruitment will be advantageous

- Minimum 3-5 years’ hands on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, ONB and Recruitment modules, preferably in the BAU Support environment.

- Has strong experience with SF implementations.
