About the Role
As Services Manager on the Queensland Train Manufacturing Program (QTMP), you will provide leadership, support and guidance in all aspects of building services management to the project.
Responsibilities of the role include;
- Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and subcontractors
- Develop and implement strategies which support and enhance the business plans of the project
- Provide technical support and advice to the Project Director and Project teams
- Plan and implement strategic procurement initiatives
- Cultivate culture of delivering best practice, meeting client needs (internal and external), and proactive management of risk, SQE and sustainability
What we are looking for;
- Specialist trade and associate design qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in mechanical, electrical or plumbing
- Demonstrated experience delivering technology and building services on similar projects
- Significant experience in engineering and technical management roles
- Prior experience in senior building services role for a Tier 1 contractor highly regarded
