The John Holland CPB Contractors JV (JHCPB) has been successful in securing the contract to deliver the $3.9bn Rozelle Interchange and Western Harbour Tunnel Enabling Works project. The Rozelle Interchange is the final stage of WestConnex. It is a new underground motorway interchange which provides connectivity to the M4-M5 Link Tunnels and the City West Link, and an underground bypass of Victoria Road between Iron Cove Bridge and Anzac Bridge. The Rozelle Interchange also provides a connection to the future Western Harbour Tunnel.

Rozelle Interchange is being delivered by Transport for NSW under a Design and Construct Deed. 

The project scope includes the following:
•    An interchange at Rozelle and associated infrastructure providing connections from the Main Tunnel Works infrastructure to the surface road network at City West Link, Victoria Road, Iron Cove Bridge and Anzac Bridge
•    Provision for connections to the future Western Harbour Tunnel
•    Provision of up to ten hectares of new public open space located at the site of the dis-used Rozelle Rail Yards. 

We are seeking a Demand Planner to support the Warehousing and Logistics Mechanical and Electrical team.

The role will incorporate a variety of responsibilities, including:
•    Attend & manage the weekly scheduled planning meetings with the construction teams.
•    Provide feedback to P6 planning Team on changes to P6 activity dates
•    Details shortages on product as per stock on hand report and pass to Purchasing & Expediting team for remedial action and status.
•    Communicate with the Warehouse Manager on any specialised transport requirements.
•    Communicate with Warehouse on planned activity scheduled on the rolling 3-week planning look ahead.
•    Dealt with a high SKU count - Circa 50000.
•    Experience working with ERP, WMS and Demand Planning systems.
•    Exceptional business partnering skills and the ability to influence people to ensure business outcomes are achieved.
•    Strong experience in analytical insights.
•    Processing of orders and devise solutions to minimise product supply gap.
•    Management of the delivery schedule and shipment follow ups.
•    Analyse risks and report back to the customer.
•    Inventory control.

To be considered you will have:

•    5+ years of similar experience required within a Planning environment
•    Ability to be a team player with good negotiation skills, to communicate effectively and influence peers, leadership group and external stakeholders
•    Able to work well in a fast paced and ability to be able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise tasks 
•    Building/Construction experience.
•    Knowledge of product sourcing under contract and with international vendors. 
•    Excellent analytical and statistical skills with a rational decision-making ability
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel (Advanced), Word, Outlook and P6 Primavera software.
