The Project

The Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Alliance, comprising of John Holland, Bouygues Construction, Arcadis Australia, Jacobs and Ventia has successfully secured the contract to deliver the final 10.5km section of the North-South Corridor, contributing to a long-lasting legacy for the community and people of Adelaide.

 

The project scope is concentrated on a 10.5km motorway, including more than 4kms of twin three lane tunnels, road and bridge construction and complex M&E installations. Open to traffic in 2031, the T2D alliance will offer the people of Adelaide an incredible opportunity to be a part of an iconic project, career stability and the opportunity for career progression and development.

The role

Reporting into our Finance Manager, you'll be accountable for processing and administering supplier claims and payments as well as overseeing the Accounts Payable Ledger for the Project. This is done through accurate processing, verification and reconciliation of invoices and dockets to ensure compliance of our contract agreements, T2D policies as well as statutory requirements such as those set by the ATO.

This role has a strong customer focus in assisting and responding to internal and external vendor queries.

About you

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an Accounts Payable role
  • Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related area
  • Corporate or site-based experience within construction, mining or related industries
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly developed attention to detail
  • Proven time management, planning, and organisational skills
