About the Alliance
The Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Alliance, comprising of John Holland, Bouygues Construction, Arcadis Australia, Jacobs and Ventia has successfully secured the contract to deliver the final 10.5km section of the North-South Corridor, contributing to a long-lasting legacy for the community and people of Adelaide.
We are excited to have the opportunity to work with the Australian and South Australian governments to deliver this city shaping project that will provide safe and efficient journeys for motorists, pedestrians, and cyclists, connect open spaces and recreational facilities, and unlock economic opportunities and growth for South Australia.
The project scope is concentrated on a 10.5km motorway, including more than 4kms of twin three lane tunnels, road and bridge construction and complex M&E installations. Open to traffic in 2031, the T2D alliance will offer the people of Adelaide an incredible opportunity to be a part of an iconic project, career stability and the opportunity for career progression and development.

About the Role
We are looking for a talented IT & Systems Manager to join the project team in Adelaide.
This is a key role responsible for planning and managing Information Technology (IT) on the T2D project. Responsibilities include:
- Manage the operation of IT for the T2D project (in collaboration with the broader IT team)
- Deploy, develop, configure and support digital solutions to meet project requirements in accordance with IT guidelines, policies and procedures.
- Manage all hardware and software requirements for T2D, including evaluation of new software needs.
- Manage the IT Support function on the project, in collaboration with IT Service Operations Manager, adhering to standard IT operating procedures & processes.
- Control the selection, development and training of IT staff and monitor performance
- Ensure the efficient and timely operation of the IT function on the project, and drive improvements
- Oversee and support cybersecurity requirements for all systems, applications and hardware
- Establish and embed policies, systems and processes to support effective and efficient service delivery
- Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships through positive, proactive and professional communication
- Drive efficiencies by demonstrating to the project teams how to utilise available systems to improve their quality of work
- Troubleshoot and resolve systems and application technical issues for end users in a timely manner – proactively communicate anticipated timelines for resolution.
- Liaise and collaborate with stakeholders in the wider business and IT Team, and champion T2D initiatives
- Perform all duties in accordance with T2D and IT policies, processes, systems and procedures
About You
This position will ideally see you holding a degree in IT (or related function), with significant management experience at a senior level.
You will have extensive multi-disciplinary experience in Management of IT Systems, as well as in leading project teams or specialist functions. Familiarity with key systems like SharePoint, PowerApps, and PowerBI will be highly regarded.
You will enjoy working collaboratively and be able to foster effective strategic relationships with people at all levels both internally and externally. Your ability to provide a great user experience and deliver IT solutions aligned to project requirements will see you succeed in the role
