The Project

The Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Alliance, comprising of John Holland, Bouygues Construction, Arcadis Australia, Jacobs and Ventia has successfully secured the contract to deliver the final 10.5km section of the North-South Corridor, contributing to a long-lasting legacy for the community and people of Adelaide.

The project scope is concentrated on a 10.5km motorway, including more than 4kms of twin three lane tunnels, road and bridge construction and complex M&E installations. Open to traffic in 2031, the T2D alliance will offer the people of Adelaide an incredible opportunity to be a part of an iconic project, career stability and the opportunity for career progression and development.

The role

John Holland is looking to engage a capable and ambitious Project Manager with TBM tunnelling construction experience

This high-profile project will provide you with an extremely stable platform to take your career to the next level with a very successful top tier contractor.

You will work with a high performing and supportive team of senior delivery staff who will work with you to deliver both the project and your career aspirations.

This role will see you utilise your people management, stakeholder, technical and TBM construction skills on a major infrastructure project within a safe, engaging and high performing environment.

About you

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil/Tunnel)/Bachelor of Construction Management  
• Expensive experience within TBM Tunnelling
• Experience in similar leadership roles in the industry is preferred leading $500M+ projects with multi-discipline scope
• People and performance management including the performance of subcontractors.
• Analysis of and reporting on project performance, compliance and defects and/or non-conformance.
