The Project

The Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Alliance, comprising of John Holland, Bouygues Construction, Arcadis Australia, Jacobs and Ventia has successfully secured the contract to deliver the final 10.5km section of the North-South Corridor, contributing to a long-lasting legacy for the community and people of Adelaide.

 

The project scope is concentrated on a 10.5km motorway, including more than 4kms of twin three lane tunnels, road and bridge construction and complex M&E installations. Open to traffic in 2031, the T2D alliance will offer the people of Adelaide an incredible opportunity to be a part of an iconic project, career stability and the opportunity for career progression and development.

The role

12-month fixed term contract.

 

We have an opportunity to work on the high-profile T2D project as a Project Resourcing Advisor. This is a key role that provides resourcing advice to the project which may include guidance on recruitment, on-boarding, remuneration, cultural diversity, and other resourcing matters

 

  • End to end resourcing for relevant staff requisitions across the project.
  • Lead resource planning and sourcing strategies with relevant hiring managers
  • Provide high level support and service to managers and candidates
  • Build positive relationships through influence and negotiation with employees, managers, subcontractors, and external stakeholder groups across the project
  • Provide general assistance to the Human Resource function in the implementation of HR strategies

About you

  • Demonstrated business knowledge and recruitment competency in one or of the following disciplines: Construction, Engineering or Mining
  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment working in an internal recruitment function ideally within a major project environment.
  • Demonstrated ability in headhunting / networking
  • Solid understanding of best recruitment practices
  • Problem solver and logical thinker
  • Professional approach, including strong communication skills
  • Experience with using SuccessFactors will be highly regarded.
