We are currently looking for an experienced Document Controller to join our new Southern Queensland Correctional Precinct (Stage 2) building project in Gatton.

 

Duties include:

* Develop, implement and maintain document control systems and proceedures on the project

* Managing and maintaining reports and registers

* Recording and tracking all incoming and outgoing project documentation 

* Liaise with external and internal stakeholders on document control issues

 

Requirements:

* Experience within a similar role for a contractor on building or infrastructure projects

* Understanding of Document Control processes and systems

* Ability to work with diverse stakeholders

* Strong organisational and communication skills
