About the Role
The Precontracts Administrator will provide comprehensive, executive and administrative support to the Precontracts Manager and the broader precontract and tender teams. This role is pivotal in facilitating effective management of the tender process, from initial prospecting through to the commencement of projects.
Responsibilities of the role include
- Document Control and printing responsibilities during live tenders, including distributing EOI and Tender Documentation to both internal and external parties
- Updating and reporting on prospect statuses using Salesforce ensuring Gate approvals are tracked and obtained
- Managing tender staffing forecasts while organising and maintaining the tender correspondence filing system
- Developing relationships with a range of stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners
- Drafting presentations for Senior Management Reviews and coordinating with the bid team
What we are looking for;
- Advanced MS Word, MS PowerPoint, SharePoint and proficient in other Microsoft 365 applications
- Experience with Salesforce
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Document management experience
- Demonstrated business acumen
