About North Western Program Alliance
North Western Program Alliance (NWPA) consists of four Alliance partners – John Holland, KBR, MTM, V/Line and the client (LXRP), working together as one team to achieve shared goals.
Since 2017, the Victorian Government has entrusted North Western Program Alliance (NWPA) and our Alliance partners to remove dangerous and congested level crossings, deliver new rail stations and infrastructure, and create more community open spaces.
Our Alliance currently has three projects in delivery and two in development phase, along with the successful delivery of eight level crossing removal projects (17LX) and several premium stations.

We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for experienced Engineers - Civil, Structural and Rail.
About the Role
Due to a recent project award, North Western Program Alliance (NWPA) are seeking expressions of interest (EOI) for Engineers- Civil, Structural and Rail.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of an iconic infrastructure with a multi-disciplined Tier 1 head contractor. The positions will be Full-Time permanent, based at site.
To be successful in this key role, we are looking for;
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, Building Construction or equivalent
• Demonstrated Tier 1 engineering experience in a major project in Australia.
• Experience working on $10M+ projects preferred
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of Structures and Civil works
• Knowledge of project management structure, plans, specification, standards and implications for project accountabilities
• Understanding of the Project Design Management Plan, Quality Management Plan. Safety Management Plan and Environmental Management Plan
• Pre-contracts knowledge in relation to design, planning and legislative requirements
• Strong written and verbal skills coupled with professional personal presentation
