About The Project:
JV partnership between John Holland and KBR delivering innovative and high-quality assets and upgrades with Melbourne Water to ensure communities across Melbourne continue to enjoy high quality water supply and seamless sewage removal and treatment.
The JHG-KBR JV have delivered a wide range of important infrastructure projects for the region including, water and sewer pipeline renewals, treatment plant upgrades, civil and road works and reservoir improvements.
We are looking for an experienced HSE Administrator to join our Melbourne Water Framework to support multiple capital works projects based in Canterbury, VIC.
Your Role:
- Review, upload and management of staff and subcontractors within the people & plant management system (3D Safety).
- Assisting HSEQ Manager in populating end of month reports
- Assist the HSEQ team in facilitation of routine audits
- Schedule monthly Drug & Alcohol testing
- Review and schedule HSEQ training in line with the framework’s training need analysis
- Prepare & develop minutes during HSE meetings (E.g. Emergency Committee, Wellbeing Committee & HSE team meetings)
- Assist in the development of communications tools and records for all project HSE meetings.
- Prepare and maintain reports and documentation concerning the aspects of project HSE programs.
- Order appropriate stocks of PPE as directed
- Provide support, coordination and advice of HSE practices, systems and procedures within a defined workplace.
- Managing the incoming HSE email account
- Take care of the office workspace, mail and office equipment including building maintenance issues, ordering kitchen supplies and being the key contact for couriers and visitors
- Communicate and liaise with external vendors, subcontractors for administrative purposes
About You:
- Construction HSE administration (2+ years)
- Advanced skills in relevant computer software packages; 3D Safety, Chemwatch, use of basic functions of word processing, spread sheet and email software
- 1-3 years’ experience in an office environment
- Administration and document management practices
- High School certificate or equivalent administrative experience
