About the role

We are currently looking for an experienced HSEQ Data Analyst to join our team based in Sydney or Melbourne. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of and be passionate in their view on workplace health and safety. You will be responsible to develop, maintain and provide timely reports, data and information in consultation with relevant stakeholders efficiently and effectively to a high standard within the designated time frames.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Develop, streamline, and gather internal data for dashboards, monthly reports and requests such as presentations.
  • Critically evaluate and analyse information across multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and resolve or escalate to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage programs, through effective communication and meet deadlines.
  • Build and run standard reporting and analysis templates to service various stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with national BU team, including managing deliverables

To be successful in this key role, you must have:

  • Advanced Diploma of Work Health and Safety or relevant degree/ qualification in the field.
  • The ability to assist in the creation and preparation of correspondence, documents, reports, presentations, and/or publications.
  • Demonstratable experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstratable experience with safety databases
  • Advanced computer skills and knowledge of relevant software such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
  • The ability to interpret project related documents, prepare reports and monitor compliance documentation.
