About the Role

 

We are looking for an experienced Human Factors (HF) Lead to support our Rail projects in the development and delivery of Human Factors Integration. 

 

Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to): 

  • ­Support projects in the development and implementation of HF Integration processes and activities. 
  • Develop and implement plans and processes to meet project-specific Human Factors Integration requirements. 
  • ­Identify, capture, and manage Human Factors issues and derived requirements.
  • Monitor and report project progress and status with respect to HF Integration deliverables.
  • Provide input into Systems Engineering and Systems/Safety Assurance activities and deliverables.
  • Coordinate and communicate Human Factors program of work with project teams and stakeholders.

 

To be successful in this key role, you will have:

  • Bachelors degree in a recognised HF/Ergonomics discipline. 
  • Previous experience with HF Integration in the rail industry. 
  • Experience managing internal and external organisational interfaces. 
  • Proven ability to manage HF issues. 
  • Application of HF Integration processes throughout all project lifecycle phases.
