About North Western Program Alliance
North Western Program Alliance (NWPA) consists of five Alliance partners – John Holland, KBR, MTM, V/Line and the client (LXRP), working together as one team to achieve shared goals. Since 2017, the Victorian Government has entrusted North Western Program Alliance (NWPA) and our Alliance partners to remove dangerous and congested level crossings, deliver new rail stations and infrastructure, and create more community open spaces.
Our Alliance currently has three projects in delivery and two in development phase, along with the successful delivery of ten level crossing removal projects (17LX) and several premium stations.

NWPA are looking for a Industry, Capability and Inclusion Reporting Administrator to join us. This role will be a 12 month parental leave cover.
Responsibilities of the role include / What you will do;
Working in a team environment, report employment and procurement data from different perspectives and summarising it into useful information to support efforts with projects and other NWPA internal stakeholders. The role of Industry, Capability and Inclusion (ICI) Reporting Administrator at NWPA involves supporting NWPA’s ability to monitor, evaluate and report on performance relating to the Victorian Social Procurement Framework, Local Jobs First policy, and other social value initiatives. This position will play an important role in supporting data entry, consolidation, and the presentation to aid in promoting inclusivity, diversity, and social procurement across the Alliance and Industry partners.
• Demonstrate a personal commitment to the HSEQ foundations and culture of NWPA
• Updating databases and spreadsheets containing data relevant to key initiatives and key performance indicators.
• Ensure data complies with Victorian Government policy requirements as part of the Local Jobs First Policy (LJF) and Social Procurement Framework (SPF).
• Review monthly workforce and social spend data to ensure compliance with policy requirements (Social Procurement Expenditure, Building Equality Policy, Aboriginal Engagement Targets and Major Projects Skills Guarantee - Apprentices, Trainees and Cadets) reviewing data for accuracy and integrity
• Collate 6 monthly local content reports through collaboration with the commercial teams and upload into the ICN VMC Portal
• Undertake automated and manual data collection.
• Apply a continuous improvement focus by proactively identifying improvements in the way data is captured and stored on in the various systems (SharePoint, Excel, Salesforce).
• Contribute to the improvement of ICI data quality and integrity.
• Data entry support to cross-functional teams.
• Prepare routine monthly reports and respond to ad hoc requests related to Industry Capability and Inclusion data
• Demonstrate personal behaviours that align with Alliance values.
• Proactively engage with key decision makers and the broader team to drive positive outcomes.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure accuracy of data for monthly reports.
• Take personal accountability for own development, including, where appropriate, keeping up to date professionally regarding relevant practices.
• Professionalism, personable and willingness to learn.
To be successful in this key role, we are looking for;
• Completion of a Diploma or higher in business administration, data analysis, or a related field
• Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa to be eligible to apply Knowledge of compliance and reporting procedures and processes
• Demonstrated related experience
• Industry experience in a similar role, with Salesforce experience.
• Demonstrated intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including data manipulation and analysis.
• Strong skills in data administration and records management, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Advanced Office 365 skills, particularly in relation to Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
• Excellent comprehension of verbal and written instructions, processes, procedures and policy
• Experience in compliance and reporting is highly regarded, though not essential.
