  • AWEI Employee Experience Survey: We regularly conduct surveys to gather feedback on our LGBTI inclusion efforts and identify areas for improvement. 
  • Pride Network: Our Pride Network Employee Resource Group (ERG) provides a supportive community for LGBTI employees and allies. The group organizes events, advocacy initiatives, and educational workshops to promote LGBTI inclusion within the company. 
  • We are currently an AWEI Bronze Employer and have our goal to reach at least Silver this year
