About The Project:

JV partnership between John Holland and KBR delivering innovative and high-quality assets and upgrades with Melbourne Water to ensure communities across Melbourne continue to enjoy high quality water supply and seamless sewage removal and treatment. 

 

The JHG-KBR JV have delivered a wide range of important infrastructure projects for the region including, water and sewer pipeline renewals, treatment plant upgrades, civil and road works and reservoir improvements.

 

We are looking for an experienced Site Administrator to join our Melbourne Water Framework. The role will be predominantly based at our Canterbury office however, at various times project / site presence will also be required.

 

Your Role:

  • Management of some key Office & HSE systems utilised by the project including:
    • 3D Safety : Review, upload and management of staff and subcontractor documentation & assist projects with the troubleshooting issues associated
    • Samsung VXT: Management of an online platform presenting data to project screens
    • ­Clothing Portal : Order appropriate stocks of PPE, and management of the self-order PPE portal as directed ­
    • Inductions & Onboarding :  project onboarding new staff in line with internal processes
    • Outlook : Coordinate manage the office meeting rooms and any key common email groups

 

  • Schedule monthly Drug & Alcohol testing for the projects
  • Review and schedule HSEQ training for individuals in line with the framework’s training need analysis
  • Assisting in populating end of month reports as required
  • Assisting in facilitation of routine audits as required
  • Communicate and liaise with external vendors, subcontractors and project teams for routine or administrative purposes
  • General office duties including
    • Ordering office supplies (e.g. Stationary, tea, coffee, milk, fruit and kitchen supplies)
    • Organising morning tea’s/lunches as required
    • Watering plants
    • Signing for couriers and accepting deliveries
    • Coordination of visitors and contractors entering the building
    • Maintain access to office and address maintenance issues with the real estate agent

About You:

  • Construction administration experience highly desirable
  • Passionate about a career in Construction or Safety.
  • ­1-3 years’ experience in an office environment ­
  • Administration and document management practices ­
  • High School certificate or equivalent administrative experience
