We are looking for a Quality & Completions Manager with strong communication skills to join the team.

 

Responsibilities of the role include;

  • Ensuring the Construction Quality Management Plan is correctly implemented to meet the requirements of the Project/Contract;
  • Interface with and management of external parties and internal to achieve timely closure of NCRs, progressive review and approval of records, acceptance of the works.
  • Monitoring, tracking and reporting on progress of completion of work lots, NCRs, completion packs.
  • Independent from the construction teams to certify the effectiveness and integrity of the quality management system in achieving conformance with the requirements of the contract.
  • Reviewing and updating the CQMP, procedures and forms as required;
  • Reviewing and commenting on ITPs and quality control forms/checklists.
  • Reviewing and authorising all works and signing completion certificates.
  • Reviewing and authorising the rejection of defective workmanship.
  • Assisting and approving with the prompt closure of lots, test records and NCRs;
  • Auditing/assessing major suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Coordinating the preparation of weekly and monthly reports and providing this feedback at the weekly construction meetings.
  • Management of the project audit schedule.
  • Conducting quality/management system training where required.
