We are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the resourcing team in Sydney.

 

Responsibilities of the role include;

  • End to end resourcing for Staff and Workforce positions
  • Discuss resource planning and sourcing strategies with relevant hiring managers
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including third party suppliers
  • Provide high level support and service to line managers and candidates
  • Effective collaboration and communication with all stakeholders
  • Supporting line managers as required through the resourcing process
  • Support compliance and governance processes and practices
  • Provide timely reports as required
  • Ensure recruitment process provides adequate candidate care and timely responses to managers
  • Assist the broader People and Social Performance team to provide a high standard of service and support to the overall project team.

 

To be successful in this key role, you must have;

  • Demonstrated business knowledge and recruitment competency in one or more of the following disciplines: Construction, Engineering, Rail, Heavy Industry and Energy & Resources
  • Experienced in end to end recruitment experience from working in an internal recruitment function; ideally within a major project environment.
  • Demonstrated ability in headhunting and networking                                          
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in internal recruitment environment from one of the above industries is highly desirable
  • Solid understanding of best recruitment practices
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
