We are seeking a Full-Time Project Administrator.

The role will incorporate a variety of responsibilities, including:

•    Processing invoices and purchase orders;
•    Filing and recording construction drawings, communications and designs in accordance with project procedures as required;
•    Procuring goods and services for the office as required, including engaging with vendors to assess capabilities;
•    Writing, reviewing and implementing procedures to improve operational standards;
•    General administration duties.

To be considered you will have:

•    At least 1-2 years’ prior experience in the construction industry as an administrator or similar
•    Previous experience with a Tier 1 construction contractor
•    Previous experience engaging with subcontractors
•    Advanced excel skills, including report creation and data analysis
•    Experience with various software platforms
•    Data entry experience

This position will attract a salary of between $53,000 and $83,000 plus super depending on experience.
