Principally responsible for administering John Holland’s Kronos and Mitrefinch TMS Time and Attendance Applications, this position will also require use of related HR and HCM systems existent at John Holland. Responsible for servicing the system administrative, user management, performance, security and integrity of John Holland’s Time & Attendance Systems.  Working within ICT’s People Systems team to deliver solutions to meet the business needs by consulting with business stakeholders and providing support and troubleshooting assistance.


Responsibilities of the role include;

  • Successfully deliver effective system administrative support across Kronos and Mitrefinch TMS Time and Attendance Applications (Chris 21)
  • Effectively deliver solutions to standards defined by the broader ICT team.
  • Provide consultation and advisory service to our projects where required relating to the use of the company’s T&A system.
  • Perform effectively in Level 2 – 3 Support roles


To be successful in this key role, you must have:

  • Tertiary Degree (Bachelor level) in a technical field such as Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Science or Mathematics, or 5 years’ experience in similar role.
  • Experience in Mitrefinch / Kronos / Chris21
  • Experience managing and administering Time and Attendance Applications
  • Experience with typical user support methodologies (i.e. ITIL).
