We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join John Holland’s Training Academy in the role of Enterprise Training Support Administrator. This position is based out of our Pyrmont office.
The role delivers administrative and operational support for the Enterprise Training Support Division. You will be responsible for responding to training queries, administering the Learning Management System (LMS), and supporting apprentices and trainees by maintaining accurate records, documentation, and managing the ADMS portal for processing financial incentives.
This position provides up-to-date data and performance metrics and supports maintaining data integrity by administering the LMS audit schedule.
About the Role
- Manage the enterprise-wide learning inbox by responding to queries or forwarding queries to the appropriate team members for follow up
- Administer audits within the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure accurate training records and enhance data integrity, troubleshoot LMS related queries and upskill administrators and facilitators in use of system
- Liaise with appropriate stakeholders (project-based representatives, MEGT, external RTOs, etc.) to support the lifecycle of John Holland’s Apprentices and Trainees. This includes:
- Management and maintenance of training contracts and plans
- Updating of SuccessFactors with apprenticeship data as well as ensuring the related dashboard is maintained with accurate data and performance metrics.
- Administering the ADMS Portal by processing employer financial incentives for John Holland’s Apprentices and Trainees.
- Provide training information and data to support reporting efforts when required
- Support the Enterprise Training Support Lead with any other additional administrative requirements
About You
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional who ideally holds a VET qualification in Business or Business Administration, and has specialised knowledge of construction industry training, with previous experience in a training administration role within this sector.
This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality support.
You must be able to demonstrate:
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a strong aptitude for learning new systems and technologies
- Experience in administering Learning Management Systems (LMS), e.g. SuccessFactors LMS
- Proven ability in adhering to and contributing enhancements to training protocols and methodologies
- Experience in apprenticeship administration, including employer financial incentive claims via the ADMS Portal
- Familiarity with training standards and compliance frameworks
