This role is responsible for leading and coordinating the program of work associated with the John Holland Way program, focusing on the process, procedures, systems and people elements of the management and operating systems for the enterprise.  The objective is to simplify and clarify the operating requirements for critical aspects of the operations, and to drive discipline into the adoption of such requirements.  The position will ensure a robust process governance framework is in place for the integrated management system.  The position will also consider the culture, onboarding and training related to the operating systems.  

 

Key Responsibilities for this role include:

  •     Responsible for the development of a program plan and budget, suitable to deliver on the John Holland Way’s objectives.
  •     Responsible for the development and leadership of the John Holland Way program team to deliver on the program’s objectives
  •     Responsible for working with and influencing senior executives to deliver the program of work.
  •     Deliver progress reporting on the John Holland Way, identifying key risks and issues, and implementing the required mitigations. 
  •     The ability to affect change, via a solid understanding of the required systems, processes and capabilities required in the future state. 
  •     Responsible for collaborating with the people function to deliver on the people requirements for the JH Way, and ensure alignment with the broader program. 


To be successful in this key role:

  • ­    Significant experience with transformation programs related to systems, process and people
  • ­    Understanding of process governance framework
  • ­    Ideally 7+ years management consultancy experience
  • ­    Able to successfully coordinate the development and delivery of programs of work (incl. demonstrated project and change management skills)
  • ­    Proficient in developing and managing stakeholder groups across the business, geographic regions and external to the organisation
  • ­    Able to facilitate training and focus group meetings/workshops on complex operational risks and legislative implications, and management standards
