About the Role

We are looking for a passionate IT Training & Adoption Specialist to join our IT team.

Reporting to the IT Change & Training Manager, in this busy and fast paced role you will be responsible for driving increased adoption and outcomes that directly impact user productivity through the design, development, and delivery of end user training on our range of collaboration and technology products.


From training on Microsoft 365 apps, to in-house specialist systems, and leading training for various IT change projects, you’ll be a key ambassador for our range of enterprise applications.


This role will suit someone with demonstrated experience in instructional design and training development, who has a proven history planning, delivering and facilitating end user technology training.


We are flexible for the role to be based out of our Sydney or Melbourne office. 


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Development and execution of training plans and schedules focussed on increasing technology usage and adoption.
  • Development & delivery of ongoing training to the business on our existing suite of applications, driving end user productivity.
  • Tracking and reporting on adoption and identification of scenario based training or advanced training to continually drive increased usage and adoption.
  • Develop and provide training to support roll-out of new/upgraded technology systems and processes, including undertaking learning needs analysis, training plans and project training schedules.
  • Provide insights to the IT Change & Training Manager to aid in strategic development of objectives.


You will have:

  • Cert IV TAE or similar work experience
  • Strong influential and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven experience developing & delivering IT Training to end users
  • Advanced experience and knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite 
  • Understanding of advanced use cases and scenarios for end users when working with digital collaboration tools
  • Technical competence
  • High level of business acumen
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Passion and a can-do attitude
