That’s our difference. Deep experience and capability with a genuine care about creating better lives for people along the way.

Be part of the team that’s up for the challenge of transforming lives for good.

Are you up for the challenge?

We are looking for a Part‑Time Office Assistant to join our Pyrmont office. This role works Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 1:00pm and provides practical support to keep the office running smoothly. • Managing general office supplies (biscuits, cleaning items, fridge supplies), including weekly ordering and stock control
  • Keeping meeting rooms clean, tidy and stocked
  • Keeping the training room clean, tidy and stocked
  • Ensuring printers are stocked with paper, replacing toner as needed, and ordering paper when required

  • Assisting with events as required
  • Supporting the Office Manager with maintenance contractors and related issues
  • Completing one‑off or project‑related tasks as requested by the business or Office Manager

About You

You’ll have some experience in an office or reception environment and be comfortable managing a range of day‑to‑day tasks. You’re organised, reliable and able to notice when something needs attention and take action without being asked, keeping the office running smoothly.

Key things we’re looking for:

  • Good communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Confidence using basic office systems and equipment
  • Ability to manage daily routines and stay on top of multiple small tasks
