Join the team as a People Coordinator on our Sydenham to Bankstown Project based in Canterbury NSW. In this role, you will play an integral role in assisting our team with day-to-day people matters, ensuring competency compliance, and assisting the People Lead with project initiatives. 

 

Your duties will include:

  • Assisting with day-to-day HR matters 
  • Supporting the People lead with the rollout of workforce development, social inclusion, and broader project initiatives 
  • Producing monthly reporting for the Client 
  • Manage the project onboarding process
  • Managing the right to site compliance for all workers, via Pegasus, RSW, and RIW systems
  • Book training for the team and maintain records
  • Hold a valid driver’s licence

 

Qualification/Experience:

  • Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Suite
  • Experience with RSW and/or RIW will be highly regarded 
  • Tertiary education in relevant field such as HR or Business Administration
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills 
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
