About John Holland
At John Holland, our purpose is simple - we transform lives with everything we do.

That’s our difference. Deep experience and capability with a genuine care about creating better lives for people along the way.
Be part of the team that’s up for the challenge of transforming lives for good
Are you up for the challenge?
Are you passionate about people and ready to make a real impact across dynamic teams? What you will be doing:
- Coordinating people management activities like onboarding, promotions, flexible work arrangements, and more
- Supporting strategic HR programs and initiatives that drive engagement, development, and wellbeing
- Managing data and systems (like SuccessFactors) to ensure everything is accurate and up to date
- Assisting with performance management, remuneration, and employee relations matters
- Helping with redeployment, workforce planning, and internal mobility
- Keeping our organisation charts and people metrics sharp and insightful
- Being a friendly point of contact for general People queries and support
What we are looking for:
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience working in an HR admin role
- A strong understanding of HR best practices
- A team player who’s curious, adaptable, and ready to learn
- Great communication and relationship-building skills
As part of the team, you can help us transform lives.
