The Systems Support Administrator is accountable to the People Systems Manager and provides first level end user support to users of the People Systems as well as undertaking ad hoc administrative tasks associated with the support of the People Systems.

 

Responsibilities of the role include;

  • Provide first level support to the business for People System applications, including Kronos, chris21, PageUp, Mitrefinch, Pegasus, e3, Success Factors
  • User Account management across multiple systems
  • Manage People Systems support email account
  • Provide People Systems user support and timely service via email, telephone and on-site.
  • Document and escalate user issues where required
     

To be successful in this key role, you must have:

  • 2-3 years in a Payroll or HR Administration Role
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft excel, word and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Relevant experience within Payroll or HR Administration roles, with an interest in moving to a System Support role.
