About the Role
This position plays a key role in the success of John Holland’s Rail & Transport business unit, supporting multiple members of the Senior Leadership Team, assisting with all aspects of day-to-day activities including diary management, client communication, project events and activities and preparation of project reports amongst other duties. 
 
 
Responsibilities of the role include:
-Manage the day-to-day activities of the General Managers and provide ad hoc support to their teams
-Manage financial records such as expenses, invoices, and purchaser requisitions
-Oversee and coordinate Management diaries, which will include scheduling and calendar planning.
-Coordinate all aspects of internal and client meetings, preparing agendas, typing minutes, and distributing to the relevant stakeholders
-Provide Administrative support, such as preparation of correspondence, presentations, marketing material and reports for current and potential customers
-Monitor and respond to communications on behalf of the General Manager
-Coordinate travel (including international) and accommodation arrangements.
-Communication with client representatives, external vendors, subcontractors, and community stakeholders as needed
