We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join our People team on a 12-month Parental Leave contract.  

The role requires a vibrant, energetic ‘can do’ person with an unflappable nature, exceptional organisational skills, the ability to juggle competing priorities and get things done as well as confidence in working directly with executive level stakeholders, EA’s and corporate VIP’s. You will have the utmost respect for confidentiality, thrive under pressure, like getting your hands dirty and be a natural problem solver. 

About the Role

Based out of our Pyrmont office in Sydney, you will maintain and lead the coordination and support of the General Manager Employee Experience and the People Senior Leadership team.  

You will provide overall administrative and logistical support, managing day-to-day activities including diary management, travel bookings (including international), coordinating events, preparing communications, documents and presentations, records management, accounts//invoices/purchase requisitions/expenses and minuting meetings. 

Opportunities may also present to be involved in People team projects and initiatives.

About You

To be successful in this role, you must have the following:

  • Significant experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role 
  • Experience providing support to a number of senior managers.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
  • Strong knowledge of administrative practices and document/records management
  • Certificate II, III or IV in Business Administration or similar qualifications
