We are currently looking for a Program Advisor to join our Talent, Diversity & Development Team based in Pyrmont, NSW. 


Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for engaging People Managers and managers in collecting and analysing of system requirements
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders throughout the business to allow a collaborative and informative platform to exchange information and educate employees 
  • Provide Learning Management System (LMS) support and advise for all employees 
  • Administer, maintain accurate data and promote effective use of the LMS
  • Analyse, project manage and configure process improvements for system development and enhancements including SF Onboarding, SF LMS, SF Performance and Succession, Empower App, and the Graduate App. 
  • Manage the Talent SharePoint and Intranet sites including processes, document control and site access
  • Proactively engage with external stakeholders, and service providers, on program and system requirements
  • Assist the Learning and Development Manager in the co-designing of developing of ad hoc initiatives and projects
  • Source, design, develop, and test online content and programs for self-service 
  • Manage and coordinate programs and development initiatives including, managing stakeholders, communications, budgets, resources and materials.
  • Deliver presentations, facilitate meetings, welcome inductions and project workshops, and engage with various work groups to achieve desired outcomes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system and program related queries 
  • Manage and communicate system updates with impacted users
  • Evaluating and analysing feedback on initiatives, programs and systems
  • Provide management information, produce analytics and reports, as requested
  • Responsible for management of the shared inboxes, including timely response and action of queries
  • Continuously seek ways of improving processes and strive towards efficient ways of working
  • Project tender response submission and support
  • Support projects in meeting policy requirements
  • Maintain documents, information, intranet sites, systems and programs


To be successful in this key role you must have:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a project / program coordinator related role, or equivalent
  • 2-3 years’ experience in SuccessFactors is critical
  • Experience with Articulate 360 critical
  • Experience developing and publishing video content using Camtasia is critical
  • Experience using Office 365 products such as Power Apps, PowerBI, SharePoint administration, and Forms is critical
  • Experience in construction industry highly desirable
  • Experience in managing projects including scoping, requirements gathering, scheduling, communication planning, risk management, testing, launch and reporting is critical 
  • Experience using Culture Amp Engagement and Experience Surveys highly desirable
  • Experience in administering Hogan Assessments highly desirable
  • Strong experience in stakeholder management, relationship-building and influencing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills 
  • Experience in training and development project work, leading an initiative 
  • Experience in managing L&D related systems and projects end-to-end
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvement
  • Ability to perform administrative tasks with a high level of attention to detail
  • Post-secondary school training or TAFE certificate in Training and assessment, HR, Education, Project Management, IT, Business or equivalent
  • Diploma or higher in Business, Project Management, HR or equivalent
