About the role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Remuneration Analyst with analytic and people skills to join our Pyrmont based team.

The Remuneration Analyst is responsible for analysing internal and external remuneration and data to produce remuneration insights and recommendations, support remuneration processes and provide remuneration advice to people leaders and People teams. 

This role supports the development, implementation, and maintenance of remuneration frameworks, policies, practices and ensures internal equity, external competitiveness and compliance with legislative requirements, contributing to the attraction, retention and motivation of talent.

Key responsibilities:

 

-Remuneration Analysis & Benchmarking
­    Conduct market benchmarking using survey data and external sources.
­    Analyse internal remuneration data to identify trends, gaps, and risks.
­    Support annual remuneration reviews, including salary increases and incentive payments.

 

-Reporting & Insights
­    Prepare remuneration reports and dashboards for People and business leaders.
­    Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
­    Maintain remuneration databases and ensure data integrity.

 

-Policy & Governance
­    Assist in the development and review of remuneration policies and procedures.
­    Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal governance frameworks.
­    Support audit and risk management activities related to remuneration.

 

-Stakeholder Engagement
­    Collaborate with BU People teams and Talent to provide remuneration advice.
­    Respond to remuneration-related queries from employees and managers.
­    Support communication and education initiatives around remuneration practices.
­    Support with administration of employee benefit providers, including communication of current programs and campaigns

 

-Projects & Continuous Improvement
­    Contribute to remuneration-related projects such as job evaluation, pay equity reviews, and incentive design.
­    Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
