About the role

 

John Holland's growing NSW/ACT building business is currently looking to speak to Senior Services Manager's who have experience of working on major health/ hospital projects for upcoming work.

 

Qualfications:

 

  • Specialist trade and/or Associate design qualification
  • Tertiary qualification in mechanical, electrical or plumbing

 

Typical experience:

 

  • Experience delivering technology and building services on major projects 
  • Experience in engineering and technical management roles
  • Demonstrated success in senior building services role for Tier 1 or National contractor on major health projects
  • Experience in tender, design and construction phases of projects
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and experience managing commercial relationships, budgets, cost control
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management skills with a focus on relationship building, influencing, communication and negotiation skills
