About the Role

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Training Coordinator to join our Rail Training team in Seven Hills.  The main purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the rail training and competency management function.

Responsibilities of the role include (but are by no means limited to):

  • Upload competency documentation to relevant internal and external databases
  • Generate expiry reports to support timely competency recertification
  • Liaise with internal and external key stakeholders including John Holland’s partner RTO
  • Track and record fee for service cost recovery model
  • Update training documentation
  • Use of PCR to ensure invoices are entered correctly and in a timely manner in accordance with JH policies and procedures
  • Ensure the effective and timely distribution of associated training paperwork prior to the delivery of in-house training programs
  • Effective use of the RIW competency management system to ensure accurate and timely entry of records into the database
  • Efficient report running to capture expiring competencies and liaise with relevant stakeholders

To be successful in this key role, you must have;

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an equivalent role
  • Administration and document management practices
  • Use of databases
  • Advanced Computer Literacy Skills
