About The Role:

This role is primarily site-based in the Pilbara, working a 14 days on / 7 days R&R roster, with Perth as the point of hire. In this role you will support site operations by carrying

out a range of general labouring / operating duties to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

About You:

We are looking for a motivated individual who has excellent communication skills and embodies John Holland’s values – caring, empowering, imaginative and future-focused. 

Applicants will possess a selection of the following capabilities and licences:

• Drivers Licence (C)
• Construction White Card
• Strong understanding and focus for safety.
• Recent experience of working as a Machine Operator.
• Ability to pass a CAT 1 medical
• Ability to perform basic manual tasks under supervision
• Ability to assist in manual labouring and cable pulling
•  Ability to follow instruction and work effectively in a team
• An ability to meet deadlines and work calmly under pressure
• Motivated and reliable
