The Project

The consortium of John Holland, Bouygues Construction, Arcadis Australia, Jacobs and Ventia has been selected to build South Australia's biggest-ever road infrastructure project. In partnership with the South Australian Government, this consortium forms the Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Alliance.

 

The Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Alliance, will deliver the final 10.5km section of the North-South Corridor, forming a continuous 78 km, non-stop, traffic light-free motorway, and contributing to a long-lasting legacy for the community and people of Adelaide.

 

The T2D Project involves constructing two separate tunnels – the Southern Tunnels and the Northern Tunnels connected by an open motorway, with a combined total distance of 10.5km, open to traffic in 2031.  The T2D project comprises the tunnels, surface works including road and bridge construction in addition to services buildings and complex mechanical and electrical infrastructure. The T2D Alliance is committed to providing opportunities for local people, Aboriginal workers, apprentices, trainees and job seekers who are long-term unemployed and offers people an incredible opportunity to be a part of an iconic project

The Role

In this key support role as 3D Safety Administrator you will manage and maintain the 3D Safety system, ensuring all workforce data, training records, and compliance information are accurate, consistent, and up to date.

 

You’ll work closely with the Safety, Training, and HR teams to streamline onboarding, track competencies, and support compliance reporting across the project. This role requires a high attention to detail, strong data accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the 3D Safety platform, ensuring data accuracy and compliance integrity.
  • Process onboarding requirements, including document verification, inductions, and competency uploads.
  • Monitor and track training records, licences, and tickets to ensure current compliance.
  • Generate compliance and workforce reports for project and management teams.
  • Provide system support and troubleshooting for staff and subcontractors.
  • Collaborate with Safety, HR, and Training teams to ensure alignment with project standards.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance system efficiency and data accuracy.

About You

  • Experience using the 3D Safety system.
  • Strong administrative background with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to interpret and manage compliance documentation (licences, tickets, training records).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong digital literacy.
  • Previous experience in construction, infrastructure, or safety administration roles.
  • Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
