The Project
The Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Alliance, comprising of John Holland, Bouygues Construction, Arcadis Australia, Jacobs and Ventia has successfully secured the contract to deliver the final 10.5km section of the North-South Corridor, contributing to a long-lasting legacy for the community and people of Adelaide.
The project scope is concentrated on a 10.5km motorway, including more than 4kms of twin three lane tunnels, road and bridge construction and complex M&E installations. Open to traffic in 2031, the T2D alliance will offer the people of Adelaide an incredible opportunity to be a part of an iconic project, career stability and the opportunity for career progression and development.
The role
12-month fixed term contract
- Contract Management of various subcontractors (including Property Condition Surveys, acoustic inspection, acoustic house treatments, etc) including Contract Administration, progress tracking, budget tracking, monitoring program/progress, review contract deliverables, reviewing payment claims and commercials etc
- Assist the Property Manager in administration of approval process and client communications via Aconex and other record management)
- Support the Property Interface Manager to Coordinate communication with councils, utilities and other stakeholders in relation to pre and post construction site condition surveys in collaboration with our community team.
- Oversight of database management for Property Condition Survey and noise treatment
About you
- Knowledge of Property Condition (dilapidation) processes is desirable.
- Civil construction project experience
- Contract management, project management experience.
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
- Organised, self-motivated proactive problem-solver
- Ability to work across a variety of tasks/projects/programs simultaneously, prioritisation of competing priorities.
