The Project

The Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Alliance, comprising of John Holland, Bouygues Construction, Arcadis Australia, Jacobs and Ventia has successfully secured the contract to deliver the final 10.5km section of the North-South Corridor, contributing to a long-lasting legacy for the community and people of Adelaide.

The project scope is concentrated on a 10.5km motorway, including more than 4kms of twin three lane tunnels, road and bridge construction and complex M&E installations. Open to traffic in 2031, the T2D alliance will offer the people of Adelaide an incredible opportunity to be a part of an iconic project, career stability and the opportunity for career progression and development.

The role

• Oversee the completion of Property Condition Surveys, Including:

Communication with residents, stakeholders, subcontractors, and government bodies

Record management of systems, progress reporting

Support Property Interface manager in procurement and contract management tasks

• Communicate with residents’ property owners

Manage letter preparation and distribution to property owners (in consultation with comms team)

Booking management where required (where not managed by subcontractors)

Queries and complaints

• Data management and planning, meticulous record keeping, data entry, reporting and filing of various project records.

About you

• Proficient Data management and planning skills with record keeping, data entry and reporting
• Confident communicator, experience talking with members of the public, including handling complaints and key internal stakeholders
• Organised, self-motivated problem-solver
• Ability to work across a variety of tasks/projects/programs simultaneously, prioritizing competing priorities.
• Project management skills.
