The Project

The Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Alliance, comprising of John Holland, Bouygues Construction, Arcadis Australia, Jacobs and Ventia has successfully secured the contract to deliver the final 10.5km section of the North-South Corridor, contributing to a long-lasting legacy for the community and people of Adelaide.

 

The project scope is concentrated on a 10.5km motorway, including more than 4kms of twin three lane tunnels, road and bridge construction and complex M&E installations. Open to traffic in 2031, the T2D alliance will offer the people of Adelaide an incredible opportunity to be a part of an iconic project, career stability and the opportunity for career progression and development.

The role

The primary purpose of the position it to support the Completion Manager in the successful delivery of the Project completion requirements through the management of the O&M Manuals and provide additional support to management of Project Plans, including managing the scheduling and undertaking of Project Plan audits.

 

  • Develop, establish and over see the co-ordination of the development of the Operations Manuals, Maintenance Manuals and Training Manuals for the Alliance
  • Work with the internal design and delivery teams to ensure Project manuals and training can be delivered 2 months prior to Opening Completion.
  • Co-ordinate the scheduling, authors and owners of O&M Manuals and manage the progress of the relevant manuals
  • Oversee the development of the Training Manuals for the Project and monitor the progress of training manual development and scheduling of delivery.
  • Ensure all relevant Hold Points for manuals and training are submitted and release in a timely manner.
  • For Returned Assets, ensure Manual and Training requirements are identified for delivery by the Precinct teams.  Ensure roles and responsibilities are clear
  • Develop, establish and implement a project plan audit regime to meet the intent of the Alliance contract
  • Undertake Project Plan audits to meet the agreed schedule, include follow up reporting and clos Support the Completion Manager in the administration of the Project Plans as required
  • Meet with the IDC/CV and DIT to co-ordinate combined audits of Project Plans where relevant
  • Create reporting for all accountabilities’ project plan audits; maintenance manuals, operations manuals and training manuals.
  • Provide relevant information into the Alliance monthly report.

About you

  • Bachelor Degree or Equivalent in Engineering, Business or Project Management
  • Experience in working in completion systems on major projects
