The Project
The Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Alliance, comprising of John Holland, Bouygues Construction, Arcadis Australia, Jacobs and Ventia has successfully secured the contract to deliver the final 10.5km section of the North-South Corridor, contributing to a long-lasting legacy for the community and people of Adelaide.
The project scope is concentrated on a 10.5km motorway, including more than 4kms of twin three lane tunnels, road and bridge construction and complex M&E installations. Open to traffic in 2031, the T2D alliance will offer the people of Adelaide an incredible opportunity to be a part of an iconic project, career stability and the opportunity for career progression and development.
The Role
As Site Administrator you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the project team, contributing to the smooth operation of day-to-day office activities. This includes data entry, maintaining financial records, stakeholder communication, report compilation, meeting coordination, and general administrative support.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration, including meetings, events, and calendar coordination
- Process dockets, purchase orders, and invoices for accurate financial reporting
- Support the construction team with documentation, systems, and commercial processes
- Maintain filing systems, databases, and ensure secure information management
- Act as first point of contact for visitors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Facilitate internal communication, training, and staff recognition initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all T2D and JH policies, procedures, and site security protocols
About You
- Experienced administrator with a background in construction or infrastructure projects
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with teams and stakeholders
- Confident working independently and taking initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with project systems and documentation control
- Team player who contributes to a positive and professional site culture
