The Project

The Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Alliance, comprising of John Holland, Bouygues Construction, Arcadis Australia, Jacobs and Ventia has successfully secured the contract to deliver the final 10.5km section of the North-South Corridor, contributing to a long-lasting legacy for the community and people of Adelaide.

 

The project scope is concentrated on a 10.5km motorway, including more than 4kms of twin three lane tunnels, road and bridge construction and complex M&E installations. Open to traffic in 2031, the T2D alliance will offer the people of Adelaide an incredible opportunity to be a part of an iconic project, career stability and the opportunity for career progression and development.

The Role

Repoirting to the Training Advisor, the L&D Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the training and development needs of a major infrastructure project. This position is responsible for undertaking a broad range of administrative support tasks and activities which contribute to the efficient operation of the Training & Development team.

 

The L&D Administrator acts as a point of contact for all induction, competency and training related enquiries from Project partners.

 

Providing administrative activities for the training and onboarding function the role includes creating and managing enrolments, onboarding employees, uploading course content, arranging classes and forums, setting up classrooms, keeping records and running reports.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Training & Development team, managing inboxes, calendars, and daily training enquiries.

  • Coordinate and schedule training programs, inductions, and logistics, including venues, equipment, and materials.

  • Maintain and update employee training records, tickets, licences, and qualifications in 3DS, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.

  • Monitor and manage licence/ticket expiries through 3DS notifying personnel and ensuring compliance requirements are met.

  • Assist with reporting, data entry, document management, and processing of purchase orders and invoices using 3DS and internal systems.

  • Support trainers and facilitators with training room setup, material preparation, and session delivery requirements.

About You

  • Certificate III in Business or Business Administration, or willingness to obtain.

  • Previous experience in training administration or coordination.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and training management systems.

  • Understanding of industry training frameworks (e.g. White Card, High Risk Work Licensing).

  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset.
