The Project

The Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Alliance, comprising of John Holland, Bouygues Construction, Arcadis Australia, Jacobs and Ventia has successfully secured the contract to deliver the final 10.5km section of the North-South Corridor, contributing to a long-lasting legacy for the community and people of Adelaide.

 

The project scope is concentrated on a 10.5km motorway, including more than 4kms of twin three lane tunnels, road and bridge construction and complex M&E installations. Open to traffic in 2031, the T2D alliance will offer the people of Adelaide an incredible opportunity to be a part of an iconic project, career stability and the opportunity for career progression and development.

The Role

We’re seeking multiple Mechanical Plant Onboarding Administrators to support plant and equipment compliance across various project sites. This role is key to ensuring that all plant is onboarded efficiently and meets the high safety and compliance standards of the T2D Alliance.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding of mechanical plant across multiple T2D project sites
  • Manage plant data entry, verification, and tracking in 3D Safety program
  • Collect and review compliance documentation from suppliers and subcontractors (e.g., SWMS, inspection records, risk assessments, and maintenance history)
  • Perform initial compliance checks to ensure all plant meets T2D and legislative standards
  • Maintain up-to-date registers and servicing schedules across all sites
  • Communicate with site teams, plant coordinators, and safety staff to resolve issues
  • Support the onboarding of operators and ensure correct plant-to-operator linking in 3DSafety
  • Escalate any plant compliance risks and follow up on missing or expired documents

About You

  • Knowledge of mechanical plant and equipment used in civil construction
  • Experience using 3D Safety or similar onboarding/compliance systems
  • Able to coordinate across various worksites and stakeholders
  • Strong communication and document control skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data management
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-site environments
  • Experience operating various plant/equipment is advantageous
