About the role
Manage end to end resourcing process to ensure the organisation attracts, hires, and retains top talent that aligns with business objectives. This involves providing hiring guidance, process improvement, compliance, market insights, candidate sourcing and assessment, and working with technology and tools to allow you to perform your role.
Some responsibilities of the role include:
- Partner with business units and/or projects and their respective teams to ensure full resourcing support is provided.
- Support the broader Talent team with key initiatives, i.e. graduate recruitment, diversity and inclusions initiatives such as the RAP.
- Support resource planning for current and tendered projects.
- Lead and manage end to end recruitment activities for projects and operational needs.
- Promote the John Hollad brand as an employer of choice.
- Capturing of market intelligence and reporting to support recruitment strategies.
- Recruitment process improvement and compliance.
About you:
- Proven experience in a construction/building recruitment role, either internal or agency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with external parties, vendors, and team members.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work, including document preparation, financial records, and scheduling.
- Ability to engage, influence and build effective relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
