We are currently looking for a Facilities Manager to join the Metro operations team in Adelaide to lead successful delivery of this Adelaide Metro Operations (AMO) Facility Management (FM) Services Sub-Contract in accordance with contract deliverables and assuring a consistent and coherent delivery of all services.  
 
Responsibilities of the role include;

•    FM ‘Hard’ Services O&M to the AMO Light Rail depot building and grounds, rail corridor and tram stops, associated engineering services
•    Manage FM Services contractual performance (KPI’s) 
•    Manage all FM Services PPM, Reactive and legislative compliance requirements of the contract
•    Manage specialist technical sub-contracted resources in the delivery of FM services operations and maintenance 
•    Manage internal and external interfaces, including AMO and third parties
•    Support the establishment of JH Contract Management systems, processes and procedures for this specific FM Services subcontract 
•    Liaise with AMO HSEQR and HR functions in relation to recruitment, inductions and training, including subcontractors and third parties specialist suppliers 

 

To be successful in this key role, you must have;
• Relevant experience in FM or an equivalent Engineering discipline, typically with a trades certificate
• Management of multidisciplinary FM services operations and maintenance projects and project teams within Comprehensive Maintenance Contract Environment
• Experience and capability for multi-disciplinary maintenance inspections, fault diagnosis and rectification
• Experience of working with multi-discipline subcontractors
