About The Project

Greenfield Advanced Water Recycling Centre and associated infrastructure which will provide wastewater services and recycled water for the Aerotropolis, Western Sydney Airport and Southwest Growth Areas. The project will include the Design, Construction and 10yr Operation of a Wastewater Treatment Plant and an Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant. This project will be one of the most technologically advanced wastewater treatment plants in the Southern Hemisphere.

 

About The Role

 

In this fast-paced role, you will be managing and maintaining project records, processing invoices, collaborating with engineers and project managers, and building strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors. 

 

  • Manage project records accurately and efficiently.
  • Create purchase orders and change orders.
  • Liaise with engineers and project managers on purchase orders and approvals.
  • Develop effective relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Process a high volume of supplier invoices within strict deadlines.
  • Resolve invoice queries promptly.
  • Chase approvals and cost codes for purchases.
  • Organise monthly reports and maintain vendor/supplier database

 

To be successful you will need to have 

 

  • Strong time management skills with ability to juggle competing priorities and meet strict deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong literacy/numeracy skills,
  • Accurate and analytical with attention to detail. 
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of cashflow and accounts payable processes.
  • Previous experience in the water engineering and construction industry will be highly regarded.
