About The Role:

Due to continued growth, we are looking for experienced Rail Track Civil Operators to join our Track & Civil Team in WA.

The roles will be primarily based in Southwest Perth Region and the Pilbara which will typically be a 2:1 Roster. These roles will be a mix of on track machinery and labouring. 

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Operate track machinery in a safe manner
• Day to day track labouring works in and around track
• Ability to understand a lift plan and drawings.
• Ability to pass a Cat 1 Rail medical – necessary.

About You:

• Solid Track background and experience.
• Previous Rail Experience (required)
• White Card / construction industry card.
• Certificate II/III in rail construction (desirable)
• Construction experience (desirable)
• Strong understanding and focus for safety.
• Ability to work as part of a team and unsupervised.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
