About The Project

John Holland, Stantec and KBR are partnering with Sydney Water in an Alliance to deliver the North-West Treatment Hub – a brownfield treatment program that will commence with a $500 million upgrade of Rouse Hill and Riverstone wastewater treatment facilities. The project will achieve circular economy outcomes, increasing recycled water production, improving the quality of wastewater byproducts for reuse, and leveraging innovative treatment technologies that reduce carbon footprint. Upgrades will support the treatment of a further 45 megalitres of wastewater each day, to cater for growing northwest communities. The Project will deliver a new state-of-the-art biosolids facility at Riverstone, with new technology to improve the quality of wastewater byproducts.

About The Role

We’re into delivery and are looking to engage with experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our NWHA project team to deliver this key water infrastructure project in Sydney's Northwest. 

Key Responsibilities include:

Supervise and coordinate the electrical activities for the project
Lead and manage the subcontractors and subcontractors performance.
Building positive relationships with stakeholders and clients.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and plans.
Scheduling and documentation.
Maintaining the records of project updates, daily reports, timesheets, and material usage.

To be successful:

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a supervisory role.
Electrical trade qualification.
Strong time management skills.
Strong understanding of OH&S site compliance requirements.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to manage multiple tasks.
